By accessing connect8ai.com or using the Connect8 API, you agree to these Terms. If accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
Connect8 is a regulatory intelligence platform that indexes public regulatory documents and answers compliance questions with citations. We provide:
Connect8 outputs are not legal, financial, medical, or regulatory advice. They are research assistance tools. You must verify important answers against authoritative sources and consult qualified professionals before making consequential decisions.
The platform may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. Regulatory requirements change — always check the original regulatory source for current requirements.
You may not:
Free plans are subject to daily query limits. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Professional plans include a 30-day free trial — no credit card required during the trial period.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are evaluated case by case.
API access is included in Professional and Team plans with the call limits specified. Exceeding limits may result in throttling. API keys must not be shared publicly or embedded in client-side code.
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Connect8, the C8 mark, and all associated branding are the property of piBits AI Solutions Pvt Ltd. The regulatory documents indexed by Connect8 remain the property of their respective issuers. We claim no ownership over source documents.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated via the status page at connect8ai.com/status.html. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, piBits AI Solutions Pvt Ltd's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
